What You’ll Do

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our property management team and gain hands-on exposure to residential and commercial property management. Working alongside Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and our internal departments, you'll get experience with leasing activity, resident communication, adn operational tasks that keep our portfolio running smoothly.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional and eager to learn. You have strong communication skills, are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and have an interest in real estate, operations, or customer-focused work. An interest in property management, business, or real estate is considered a strong asset.

Timing

This position is for a summer internship between May 1 - August 30. Students interested in extending into the fall semester or winter semester are encouraged to indicate their availability, as 8 or 12 month opportunities may be considered.
