Axon Property Management is a premier full-service property management firm, committed to delivering exceptional management solutions for property owners and tenants.

Established in 2017, Axon manages more than 2,500 residential and commercial units across Ontario. Our flagship office is located in Kingston, serving the corridor between Ottawa and the GTA, supported by local staff in key regions. We also operate a second full-time office in Midland, Ontario, dedicated to serving property owners and tenants throughout Simcoe County.

Axon’s staffing team is comprised of 75 full-time staff trained in various specialized areas of property management service to support the needs of its property owners and tenants.

    Nick co-founded Axon Property Management alongside David Worsley and has been instrumental in shaping the company since its early days. Having worked across leasing, maintenance, and tenant services in the company’s startup phase, he now focuses on leading Axon’s maintenance operations.

    As Director of Operations & Capital Projects, Nick oversees the maintenance services as well as turnover renovations and large-scale capital projects. His hands-on experience and operational expertise ensure that properties are well-maintained, projects are delivered efficiently, and long-term asset value is preserved.

    Born and raised in Kingston, Nick is a graduate of Queen’s University. His deep connection to the community strengthens Axon’s commitment to providing quality housing and reliable property management.
