Founded in 2016 with the management of just one single-family home, Axon Property Management has quickly grown into one of Ontario’s leading property management firms, specializing in providing a full range of services for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Today, we proudly manage properties for over 4,500 tenants with a head office based in Kingston, ON and a full-time staff size of 75 employees. Now, we’re offering a summer position for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator who’s eager to dive into property management, renovation projects, and build a foundation in real-world project management.

What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll help coordinate property improvements, work closely with our project managers and capital projects team, and get hands-on experience in a supportive, team-focused environment.  You’ll have real responsibility and a chance to see projects through from start to finish while getting exposure to core project management practices such as scoping, scheduling , and coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent time management. You’ll be organized, motivated, and interested in learning more about real estate and renovations. An interest in engineering, construction management, real estate, or renovations is considered a strong asset.
