Founded in 2016 with the management of just one single-family home, Axon Property Management has quickly grown into one of Ontario’s leading property management firms, specializing in providing a full range of services for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Today, we proudly manage properties for over 4,500 tenants with a head office based in Kingston, ON and a full-time staff size of 75 employees. What You’ll Do

You’ll be painting and completing light turnover work across our residential properties, helping prepare units for new residents. Working alongside our maintenance team, you'll assist with interior and exterior painting, and general cleanup to ensure units are kept at a high standard. This role is hand-on and fast paced, offering practical experience in property upkeep and renovation support.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on work. You take pride in doing things properly, can follow instructions, and are able to work both independently and as a part of a team. Prior painting or renovation experience is an asset but not required.
