Founded in 2016 with the management of just one single-family home, Axon Property Management has quickly grown into one of Ontario’s leading property management firms, specializing in providing a full range of services for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Today, we proudly manage properties for over 4,500 tenants with a head office based in Kingston, ON and a full-time staff size of 75 employees. What You’ll Do

You’ll support the upkeep and improvement of outdoor spaces across our properties. Working with our operations team, you'll assist with lawn care, gardening, and general grounds maintenance to ensure properties are clean, safe, and well presented. This role is primarily outdoors and involves consistent physical activity throughout the summer.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with outdoor work. You take pride in doing things properly, can follow instructions, and are able to work both independently and as a part of a team. Prior experience with lawn care or gardening is an asset but not required.
